What we look after

One number for everything with a plug in it. Most of it gets fixed without anyone leaving their desk.

Remote support

Screen sharing, phone and email. Password resets, printer faults, email trouble — usually sorted inside the same call.

On-site dispatch

When it needs hands on hardware, an engineer is booked the same working day across Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.

Proactive monitoring

Disk health, failed updates, low storage and dead backups flagged to us automatically, before they stop your day.

Backup and recovery

Local and offsite copies, tested restores every quarter, and a written recovery plan you can actually follow.

Microsoft 365

Migrations, licensing, shared mailboxes, MFA rollout and tenant clean-ups for businesses that have outgrown their setup.

Hardware and upgrades

Repairs, SSD and memory upgrades, new builds and full workstation refreshes, specified for what your team really runs.

How a callout runs

Three stages, timestamped, so you always know where your ticket sits.
1

You report it

Phone, email or the portal. A technician picks it up directly and gives you a reference before the call ends.
2

We triage it

Remote first. If it can be fixed from here it is fixed now; if not, you get an engineer slot and an arrival window.
3

We close it out

Fault, fix and time on site written up in plain English, with anything worth changing flagged for next month.

Response times we commit to in writing

Measured across the last twelve months of support contracts, not a sales promise.

Our server died on a Friday afternoon. Someone was here by four and we opened as normal on Monday, which is not how our last IT company would have handled it.

Practice manager, Hartfield Dental
They spotted the backup had been failing quietly for three weeks. We had not noticed and neither had the software. That alone paid for the year.

Questions we get asked first

Do you charge for callouts?

On-site visits are included on Standard and Complete. On Essential they are billed at a fixed half-day or full-day rate, quoted before we travel.

Can you work with the IT we already have?

Yes. We audit what is in place first and keep what is working. There is no requirement to replace hardware or move to different software to become a client.

What hours are you available?

Support runs 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Complete includes an out-of-hours line for faults that stop the business trading.

How quickly can you take us on?

Onboarding usually takes a week: an audit visit, documentation of your systems and accounts, then monitoring agents installed out of hours.

Do you support home workers?

Remote support is per user, not per office, so anyone on your plan gets the same service from home.

Are you tied to one hardware supplier?

No. We quote on what suits the job and you are free to buy the kit elsewhere and have us configure it.

Tell us what is broken

Describe the fault and we will tell you whether it is a ten-minute fix or a callout, before you commit to anything.
